I was definitely interested in the property, which is located in a convenient area for my personal needs.
However, even though the property appears to be in an excellent status and has good features, I end up selecting another flat in the same area because I prefer to have a wooden floor rather than carpet flooring and to stay at the highest floor. The approach of Mr. Ross Parker was really appreciated, he demonstrate true passion for his job and gave me several information.
